Karen plays guitar and sings her own original music, and a variety of covers including pop, rock and folk songs.
Karen's Experience
Solo: Karen played and sang weekly at The Plume Street Grille in Norfolk, Virginia, 2000-2001, Thom's Coffee House, The Half-Shell, 5150, Tautogs, Crocs, H20, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
With a band: Karen played GoodFellas, Hampton, Virginia, August 26, 2001, The NorVa, December and August concerts in 2001, opened for "The States." Karen has also done performances with Michael Coghill, drummer for The Rhythm Kings: Summer 2002, Sunday's on the deck at Alexanders, Chick's Beach, Virginia. The Deck, Portsmouth, Virginia. Aroma Café, Norfolk, Virginia.
Plans: To release another CD in the fall of 2003. Fallen Angel was Karen's first CD. As of July 2003, Karen is doing solo performances. She looks forward to playing at more clubs in the area and traveling.
